Mga Paraan ng Pag-renew

  • Walk-in (sa LTO office)

    Note: Hindi pa rin 100% online ang proseso—kailangan pa ring pumunta sa LTO para sa biometrics at pag-claim ng card.

Mga Requirements

  • Duly accomplished Application for Driver’s License Renewal (APL/ADL form)
  • Current o expired na lisensya (hindi lagpas 2 taon expired)
  • Medical Certificate mula sa LTO-accredited clinic (electronically transmitted)
  • Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) Certificate (para sa unang renewal sa bagong sistema)
  • Driver’s Reorientation Course Certificate (kung may demerit points)
  • Bayad sa renewal at penalty (kung expired)

Step-by-Step Walk-in Renewal Process

  1. Maghanda ng LTMS account
    • Kung wala pa, mag-register sa LTMS portal.
  2. Kumuha at sagutan ang Application for Driver’s License Renewal form
    • Available sa LTO office o i-download online.
  3. Magpa-medical exam
    • Sa LTO-accredited clinic, dapat electronically transmitted ang result.
  4. Kumuha ng CDE Certificate
    • Sagutan ang CDE Online Validation Exam sa LTMS portal (25 items, 20 correct to pass).
  5. Pumunta sa LTO office
    • Dalhin ang lahat ng requirements.
  6. Magbayad ng fees
    • Renewal fee: ₱585
    • Penalty: +₱75 (1 day–1 year expired), +₱150 (1–2 years expired), +₱225 (over 2 years), plus ₱100 application fee
    • Medical exam: ₱300–₱500
  7. Photo, signature, at biometrics
  8. Hintayin ang release ng bagong lisensya

Step-by-Step LTMS Online Appointment Process

  1. Mag-login sa LTMS portal
  2. Sagutan ang CDE Online Validation Exam
  3. Fill out renewal form online
  4. Input ang Medical Certificate number
  5. Pumili ng appointment slot at LTO branch
  6. Magbayad ng fees online o onsite
  7. Pumunta sa LTO branch sa appointment date para sa biometrics, photo, at pag-claim ng card

Para sa OFWs

  • Maaaring magpa-renew sa pamamagitan ng authorized representative (dala ang authorization letter, kopya ng passport, at iba pang requirements).
  • Pagbalik sa Pilipinas, magtungo sa LTO para sa biometrics, photo, at pag-claim ng card (within 30 days).

FAQs

  • Kailan puwedeng mag-renew?
    • 60 days bago mag-expire, o hanggang 2 taon expired pa rin puwedeng i-renew (may penalty kung expired).
  • Kailangan ba ng medical exam?
    • Oo, bawat renewal, dapat may bagong medical certificate mula sa LTO-accredited clinic.
  • Kailangan ba ng CDE Certificate?
    • Oo, para sa unang renewal sa bagong sistema. Hindi kailangan kung expired over 2 years (pero may exam na kailangang ipasa).
